Scholarship 
The Salvation Army Women's Alixiliary   This scholarship is to recognize two graduating seniors from Kannapolis City, Cabarrus or Stanly County.  Students must be planning to attend a Community College or Technical School upon graduation.  The recipients will receive $1000 paid to the school.

 The West Stanly Rotary Club is offering three scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each for the 2013-2014 academic year.

 2013 "People Helping People" Scholarship

 Since 2004, the People Helping People Scholarship Program has provided over $32 million in educational funding.
Each traditional public high school in NC will receuve one (1) scholarship valued at $10,000 (payable @ $1,250 per semester) to attend one of the 16 constituent campuses of the UNC System.

 North Carolina Retired School Personnel Scholarship

 Stanly County Unit of NCRSPScholarship for studentspursuing a career in the teaching profession

 This is a non-renewable one-year scholarship for $1000.
Eligibility Requirements: 
-Apply to college
-Rank top 25% of your class
-Minimum SAT Score of 800, or comparable ACT score
-Good character
-Participation in school and community extra-curricular activities
-Financial need (this is not the primary consideration)
