I am so grateful to serve the Albemarle High School family and community as assistant principal. I am now in my 21 year of education, serving as a teacher, dean of students and now assistant principal. I am married with four children and enjoy camping, running road races and supporting the NC State Wolfpack!

I have been in education for 22 years. My husband and I have 3 children. We love NASCAR racing and watching the Braves play baseball! We are also very active with our Vortex Church family and love traveling to Honduras, as we build and plant a church there! I love teaching and learning, and I am currently continuing my education at Appalachian State University.
